1) Yes, this iso works.
Tested
- on qoob SX 1.3c GameCube.
- on Dolphin 1.03.2 beta Emulator.

2) how to burn:
for example: Nero
- use DVD-R
- finalize session
- burn 4x speed
3) anyone stuck at 98%?
