You got to open the patch, push the button "...", and then click on the .dll file in the installation dir. :)

INSTALL THE GAME AND THEN OPEN THE PATCH. GO INTO PROGRAM FILE AND OPEN THE PIZZA FENZY FOLDER THEN CLICK THE PIZZA FRENZY.DLL
