It's dubbed in some Asian Language, (I think Korean) but the quality is good.
Aldo you can hear the English in the background.

Uploader, you could of at least put in the description that this is a gacked up overdubbed copy. I have never seen a more messed up bit of dubbing in my life. WTF???
