The dbpoweramp website offers version 12 for a free 30 day trial. After that, you must register/buy to continue using it. Does this download have the same restrictions? If so, does anyone have a work around?

Excellent pack.
Found a damn .m4a file in my collection and needed something to convert it. Lo & behold dmc 12 has a m4a codec at last.

This is the best version - no cracj\k required - fully automated installation - includes batch converter that disappeared in later version.
Workd fantastically with dual core processers as well (two simultaneous conversions!!) My absolute favorite
