Just info - HBO sent a letter to my cable company complaining about downloading ROME's. I no longer download Rome's. At least on my home router.

you should configure your router.. and use a torrent client that allows torrent encryption, also close all ports and enable portforwarding to specific ports, also if you router is decent you should be able to configure it to function as a NAT (Network address translator) then you are pretty much invisible on the internet so your ISP will not know anything!!!
