How come a heavy metal documentary involves almost NOTHING about MetallicA??
and for the upload itself is in superp quality.thanks for the effort pal.

It's not a documentary about Heavy Metal, it's about Metal. Heavy Metal is a sub genre. And Metallica are an extremely overrated band.

7.Posted by Metaalkop on May 15 2008 at 19:37

And only the first couple of albums can be shared under the header 'metal'.

8.Posted by wakemeup36 on May 28 2008 at 18:18

The documentary is not about just heavy metal. Its about metal in general. Otherwise they would'nt interview Cannibal Corpse or Slipknot. Although Metallica is kind of overrated they deserved to be on this documentary.

LONG FUC%ING LIVE METAL! Great doc!!! Wakemeup36, I agree. Metallica should have had a big part in this, but along with a lot of other bands. We all have to agree there is way too much great metal to cover for one loner metal journalist. I would have liked to see Morbid Angel at LEAST mentioned. And how about Dimmu on the Norway black metal scene? Still, best metal doc around hands down. >-)

To those who assume MetallicA is overrated; Usually, overrated bands do not sell 120 million copies world wide, rewarded 7 Grammy awards and do not play to full capacity stadiums still after 25 years no matter which country they play.

My personal view; yes, would be better if MetallicA was mentioned on this documentary but no big deal. It's a nice and comprehensive documentary though. Thanks for the effort uploader ;)
