call me a noob, but I cannot work this one out... have tried winrar with no luck, 7-zip gives me one file (flt-cnc3) that nothing will open, tried mounting with daemon tools and no luck... any ideas, what am I doing wrong... HELP

Sjonnie, I couldn't get WinRAR to work but if you download 7-zip and install it and then right click on flt-cnc3.001, 7-zip will give the option of extracting file. You can do that and end up with one 7000+MB that nothing will open (WinRAR, Daemon Tools, PowerISO etc
and you'll be in my shoes 
I have tried mounting and extracting to no avail... I'm beginning to think we have been duped...

those are winrar multi parts. Right-click on the 001 file, "open with" and select winrar
or
open winrar, click on File on top left, open archive, find the 001 file and extract.

Doesn't work... WinRAR returns "unknown format or damaged archive"... is the latest WinRAR as well, is it possible to identify which file is damaged ?

when i try and open the game after i got it installed all i get is this
(A required security module cannot be activated.
This program cannot be executed (7000).)

Can anybody tell me what programs to use to rip Star Wars Empire at war!
i have Newst Nero and many other programs but i want to rip it so i dont need the original CD. If anybody can help me rip the CD i will upload the came to you private over ftp, msn or what ever!

THIS IS FAKE.
1) Downloaded - Ran Hash Recheck.
2) Ran Latest Winrar - Unkown or Currupt Archive.
3) Ran 7-Zip - Located flt-cnc3 file with no file extension.
4) Extracted file but does not open in any iso mount software or extractor.
If anyone thinks they have a fix for this lemme know as. 7Gb of dead files was well worth the wait.

I Followed what Petris and mack_jigger said (thanks guys), nothing i wouldn't have tried anyway though (experience helps). Although i did use winrar v3.60, its always worked for me, never felt the need to upgrade yet.
Mounted using a generic virtual drive.
Installed with no issues using the cd key provided in the Leeme.txt

Yeah i winrar it, and i followed dudes advice way up there, but i get a corrupt thing at 99% so i dont know what to do, i hate to redownload it. Cause this took 3-4days. HELP SOMEONE!

I dont know why people are such Rtartds if you dont know how to do something Fkng google it or whatever n read
1. right click 001
2. "open with" --> select prog --> winrar
3. once open you should see file flt-cnc3.iso so right click on it and extract (ALT+E)
4. whack off for the next 12:50 min while extracting
***if you get CRC error most likely you have BAD RAM --> took me about a week to figure this out when all my downloads where getting CRC errors and utorr was lying about 100% finish...I dld a DOS RAM error test after everything else was tried and tested each ram separate and what do ya know one was like 75% garbage...replaced it and everything was fine...dont know why that happens but hope that helps

-just install the game first whether it is the original or the kane version
-after installation "Dont COPY the Specified Crack"!!!
-then download this first application needed in order to play cnc3
download (yasu 1.1)at this link

-then unrar it and place the 2 files(NS-CNC3CN_MINI-POSEDEN.MDS) wherever you like.

install it first then open it.
- right click the daemon tools on the system tray
click virtual cd/dvd rom, set number drives , then select 1 drive
then right click again the daemon tools at the tray ,
click virtual cd/dvd rom, device 0:, mount image , then look for the file you earlier extract (NS-CNC3CN_MINI-POSEDEN.MDS), then select it, then open
- Now go to the folder where your yasu 1.1 is located then open it , check the three boxes then press cloak
-after you finish at the two applications then its time to play cnc3..hahaha, no more crack or patch needed!
press cnc3 (it starts loading for a while) then the start playing and enjoy! =p
then after gaming its up to you if you want to unmount it or not.
