Just download/install VLC player from www.videolan.org/VLC

it plays almost everything out there and doesnt need differents codecs. It uses it's own.

it wont go on my mp4 player for some reason, it says it exceeds playback capability of the player. it does it with all the AC3 ones. anyone know how fix it?

try using VLC or Media Player Classic... or perhaps you dont have the proper codecs?
