You need to get educated about this film. Gore's lies are so huge and his facts so wrong in this film he embarrasses the global warming alarmists. Wether you believe in GW or not, truth is not what this piece of trash is about.

Well some people believe, some don't. If you read my post correctly you would have seen i'm not denying global warming. My only point is that ideas and numbers presented in this film are not factual and thus misleading.
Thanks for the link, but I'm pretty much up to date with the current state of affairs considering global warming.

There lots of facts and figures on both sides. It doesn't take a lot of study to realize fossil fuel is a problem for whatever reason. The fact is, that nothing will be done until enough people make it an issue. We should have started with the last oil crisis, years ago. Just think how further ahead we would be and able to cope with the new economy that is China.
Stats are like bikinis, what they reveal is suggestive, but what they conceal is vital.

Well, in fact there is more than that to be seen. But if you take a look closer you'll see peculiarities. For example migrating animals (not only birds) are changing their roads for good. Wether seems to be strange. I'd been looking a little of the information stated in this movie and of course there are true things, and not so true things. But for us (biologist) there is an inevitable truth that is now getting stronger among us: we (humans) ar the cause of some conceceunces that are happening today. It is wired to think in that way, if you have seen what nature is able to, but because of hide information we are not sure of our own potential.
We are not the kings of creation, we are a part of nature. Let's hope it remains in that way (sorry by the inglish but is not my mother tonge!!!)

i downloaded this movie, never even got to watch it and recieved a letter from my service provider claiming i had commited copyright infringment, and have been turned in, they also threatened to shut off my service for it. i thought this was peer to peer sharing....whats up????

Kadub, While I found those documentaries both alarming and very interesting, it's still awfully convenient of the sun to start blowing hot air through the solar system at the same time man is clearly destroying his own planet. That's what we really need, another scapegoat to place blame on!
There is no way you can tell me that the number of cars on the road, the vast number of clear cut forests, the destruction caused by urban sprawl and countless other atrocities committed by man isn't making an impact on earth. A MASSIVE impact.

Why don't you all move to some forum to discuss this instead of wasting everyone's time by making them read this garbage? For those of you who would like some info on the actual video quality, if you hadn't noticed, this is in mp4 format. Video is 6.5/10. Audio is very low (on VLC anyway), and a message pops up periodically about the screener being the property of Paramount or something or other. I'd say don't waste your time downloading this one. I'm going to try one of the others available.

It's not a question of believing on global warming or not (actualy, now they call it "climate change", as if the climate had allways been perfectly predictable), it's a matter of facts, and yes, politics.
So first learn to use your head, learn the scientific method, research and make your own opinion. Parroting what you saw on the last documentary will get us nowhere.

Face it people, in today's world, you'll never know a lot more than the lobbies want you to know. Information is controlled. So what you think you were so clever finding out, when you did that real deep research, is no more that what information controllers wanted you to find.
You know what they'll let you know. But the fact that we in Portugal only have two seasons instead of 4 like we used to is a pretty good indicator of the state of things

no really, everyone needs to get educated. this movie is 100% propaganda. believe be! when it got out i was thrilled, convinced and recommended it to all my friends, made copies and gave them to watch. until i did my own research about global warming. then i didnt even need to investigate the movie itself. the lies of the movie become so clear, just by researchin global warming. start with the physical properties of CO2 and go on from there! this movie is a complete farce, just as the IPCC, which is called inter GOVERNMENTAL panel for climate control. (more like people control). half of them were politicans. and the so called scientific consent simpls DOES NOT EXIST!!!!!
