the toed.exe does nothing!. its an "introduction" ... if you knew what that means!

the game works. im using vista home premium
extract the file then go to the folder rename the _setup = setup
then run the toed then left click then it will extract again.
wait until it finished then run rockmanx8 and play..

okay, i do not get how to do this at all. i'm pretty new to mininova, but i have utorrent. i really need help on this meaning step by step instruction. i do not get the whole ToeD thing or what to extract or what to change the Rar file into. Somebody, PLEASE HELP ME.
