As there was conflicting reports on the quality of this torrent, I downloaded to make my own assessment.
Having done so I have to agree with 'munchkinray' that the quality is very good for both picture and sound.
I don't know about 'zombieman's' situation, however it is not consistent with the evidence - the sound is synchronized with picture throughout!

about sync problems: they sometimes occur during playback. once one's audio and video are out of sync, they rarely, if ever, resync by themselves.

if, on the other hand, one stops playing the movie and resumes from the same point, synchronism is restored.

this is especially true of dvd players that play divx / xvid.

why not try looking to see if there is a sample and if you use utorrent to D/L movie/files then you can uncheck all the boxes just leaving the sample box this one has a 5.7MB sample and if it's no good then I you haven't wasted alot of your time or D/L it's worth doing if you can be bothered cheers
