I By Passed the Password Zip File, 
took about 5 mins to get around it. 
Ok after you have downloaded the Zip file with the music in, right click it and click properties. There's some text saying "Open with" and next to it says Compressed (zipped) Folder, Click the change button and select WinRAR archiver then click Apply.
Double click the zip file and it should open with WinRAR archiver now. This folder comes up "Midnight Club 3 Dub Edition Soundtrack (By Auspex - 2005)" Double click it to get to the music. Now you will see 1 to 101 mp3's.

Select a mp3 you want and Double click it, the mp3 should open with Windows Media Player and start playing, (If not tell Windows Media Player to open with mp3 files)
Now Press Ctrl and M at the same time to get the Media Player menu up that says File, View, play, tools, and help. Click File and then click Save As choose where you want to save the mp3, a good idea is to make a folder on the desktop click save and thats it you have the mp3 with out using a password hahaha.
