does anybody knows how to burn this file on dvd without cuting the sides??? everytime i burn it, when i play it on my home dvd, the movie is cut on the sides!!! can anyone help me??

hey scarpetta, download dvd santa and the file should burn no probs, thats wat i use, i had lots of probs using nero to burn dvds i wasted lots of disc, i've been using dvd santa ever since and had no probs, hope this helps :)

I use "ConvertXtoDVD" for my burnging. It seems to work great. You can download it off this site

scarpetta, it helps if you have a divx dvd player, they are pretty cheap and most new dvd players are divx playable anyways. If you do, simply download the full divx player package, (so you can burn with divx), change the .avi extension to .divx extension and don't waste anymore time encoding.

for burning i use WINAVI which changes it to a dvd format and then i burn with NERO SMART

you will need to down load the K-Lite codec pack (search in google) that contains the XVID/DIVX ETC codecs.Then play the fim in Media player :)

ConvertX is a great avi to dvd converter. I used Cucusoft on my windows Vista, and for whatever reason my DVD's skipped alot after being converted.
