download virtual daemon manager and install the files through that by selecting unpack all drives after it's installed on the toolbar and select ur iso folder n thas it

The latest official patch of Warcraft III makes it so there's no CD check. So you don't really need a no-cd crack. It was released by Blizzard of course: http://us.blizzard.com/support/article.xml?articleId=20673
I have the original game with a working CD key so I'm not sure whether the update works with downloaded version but there's no reason why it shouldn't.
Oh and for those who are unclear, you cannot play Warcraft III online unless you buy the game and the cd key that comes with it. If you're thinking about buying it but are worried that the online community is lacking, rest assured that there's tens of thousands of players still playing ROC and TFT.

My AVG Free Edition 8.0 is detecting a Trojan Horse Proxy.ACKA in sintfnt.dll in my temp folder. It seems that war3.exe is the cause of it. I don't know but check if you guys have the same problem.

I am having the same problems.
I can successfully install Warcraft III, but then when I press play, it returns with a pop-up saying that there is no disk inserted in the E:\ drive and you need to put one in there and try again...
The dish IS in there, so I choose the option retry then my free AVG also finds that exact same proxy in my war3.exe and I don't know what to do! I downloaded a **** load of anti-spywares and had them scan the CD and the file Warcraft is in, and it doesn't find anything. I'm still trying diffrent things, but if someone could help us it would be appreciated.

i finally got it to let me play the game ('hence' i can play campaign if i want) but... i wanted this download so i can play on battle.net. i when and found the bnet loader since it would not let me play at first. it was the 1.21a patch loader while i needed the actually patch for the game itself and i think i accidentally downloaded the 1.22v patch of warcraft website. i not exactly sure what to do from here to actually be able to play battle.net. this is the error i get every time i try to load battle.net.

garena is for people who cannot play on battle.net due to incorrect keys

ok im gonna try to help you guys out.....first get and image mounting program i use dameon tools lite but you can use whatever for thos who dont understand this ...this file you downloaded is a .iso file and what that means is you need to trick your computer into thinking its really on a cd and in your dvd cd rom drive thats what a program what dameon does....its called emulation..anyway open dameon tools lite right click the icon got to mount image and then find the file you down loaded..ok now its just like if u had the cd in there but do one more thing it will solve your problems first go to the file thats called razor1911 open it then open the keygen icon get the cd key it will work ok now run the install use the cd key and after that go back into the razor1911 folder and you see the file that says
war.exe with no icon ?

ok replace that file in you directory where you installed the game like c:\programs\games\warcraft ok? copy that file into you warcraft folder windows will ask if you should replace or keep boith ? you want to replace you .exe with this one ...after that you should have no problems..i dont know why this wasnt explained but its a great job to the uploader it has everything you need i wont lie i havent tried battle net yet im assuming it wont work but i didnt want it for that supposedly there are patches out there for it but as of yet i havent found them any this just let you know that you dont need to go anywhere else the uploader included everything....great job..respect to those keeping it free....

PLEASE HELP: I am stumped here and I do not usually need to ask for help but I have mounted this using Active ISO Burner, I put the disk in and although the disk has the information on it it will not rerad it or recognise there is anything on the disk.......

Had some problems running on vista, works fine on my XP machine,
For some reason Vista doesnt like the movies. Rename movie folder to something else, then make a new movie (empty) folder. Works fine.
BTW. u dont need to burn anything! Dug up my old copy of WC3 and it is identical to the .iso image

Alright, for those that can't read up, or those that don't like to read a lot, here's simplified instructions.
Download torrent program (eg http://www.BitTorrent.com/ )
Download torrent and run in torrent program.
Download CD emulator program (eg http://www.daemontools.com/ )
When finished downloading load .iso file with CD emulator.
Install game using CD key from keygen (eg JKF78D - EPKM - ED7RW8 - BJNY - YMPJ6T)
Patch game to version 1.21 or later ( http://us.blizzard.com/support/article.xml?locale=en_US&articleId=20673 )
Run game
Do those steps right there and you'll be able to play every time.

And, NO YOU CANNOT PLAY ON BATTLE.NET THROUGH THE IN GAME FUNCTION, YOU MUST USE THIRD PARTY MULTIPLAYER SERVERS TO PLAY ONLINE WITHOUT A LEGITIMATE CDKEY. And those using other people's legit CD keys is unrecommended, you cannot log in to multiple accounts at the same time with only one CD key on battle.net. There is no way around this, Battle.net has a CD key checker on the servers, it's not on your computer's harddrive so you can't patch it to work on battle.net.

Hi i have a problem i downloaded 2 vesions of rog and 1 of tft but at both it says no cd so i tried with the update that i need for a no cd fix but that update doesnt work it saysAn error has occurred preparing the patch this problem can commonly be corrected by reinstalling the game and trying the update again if reapaets contact blizzard..... but i reinstalled the game for about 10 times with tft and without tft it just doesnt work btw i have vista is that a prob??? so can any1 help me plss

If you need a program to run it, get Virtual CD (best one I've found), you can find it here http://www.mininova.org/tor/2020434 as for upgrading, just install it (don't use any cracks) use the keygen to generate a code or use one posted here, then download the 1.23a patch from blizzard's site (or 1.24 if you don't mind the broken custom maps due to the new Jass coding change) and enjoy.
If you want to play multiplayer without a legit CD key then you can use either http://www***robattle.net/ or http://www.garena.com/ the first is a private Battle.net server, and Garena links everyone via VLAN (virutal local area network) to play. Both also offer less latency then battle.net for a better gaming experience.
If you do enjoy the game be sure to buy it and support those that spend their ***** making them for us all. I'm a known supporter of freeware, but I also understand that if no one buys the programs they make then they can't afford to make any better programs.

There is a trojan virus in the keygen. If you download malwarebytes which is a free excellent antivirus scanner then download the game use the keygen and after you get the game working run malwarebytes to delete the virus

I was just whether this copy of reign of chaos is the originally released copy without mac os x compatibilities or whether this one is the fixed version which contains both copies for the windows and the mac os x platforms.
Can anyone confirm whether reign of chaos works on a mac os x computer?
