AVG reported that the install.bat is Trojan Generic4.WX :shrug:
The archive inside seems fine...scanned fine.
Don't use the install.exe in the bit folder; open it with winrar or whatever -- extract those 8 files (MajestyGoldEdition.part1.rar -part8.rar) files from the main archive and then it should be OK. Just avoid the installer..it's not needed

Yes there IS a virus but I cured it quite easily so you can too.

ok guys just to let you know, there definitely 100% is a virus and I'm pretty sure the guy who posted the torrent knows it. I guess it's a good thing he is such a loser, ( i'd say worse but swearing filter is bad) because as everyone else said as long as you have a virus protector or scan your files before you open them, then you will have no problem exterminating the virus. For some reason after removing the virus's (plural) and adware, it corrupted the files and I was unable to launch the game anyway. So here is my reccomendation, I wouldn't even waste your time with this torrent and risk (although minimal) getting a virus from this waste of space pecer checker.

He's completely illiterate anyways and it is extremely hard to understand any of the directions he gives you which all point to him knowing theres a virus in the torrent, such as " An tu all u foos that keep saying deres a virus there aint know *****ING virus foos but when u open da filet make sure u overrite when it ask tu". Word for Word. Anyways I thought I would offer up my experience. Stay away from this torrent for it has more than 1 virus and also has adware and from my experience I couldn't get it to work anyway once I removed the virus.

Doesnt work in Vista. You can load to the menu but it doesnt display properly. Apparently a problem with new video drivers. If your using Vista dont bother downloading Majesty.

it has not , scanned with Kaspersky 2009 and Nod 32 , no real virus

anyone who has downloaded this that can confirm if its virus free?
kinda suspicious of .exe files myself. but will run it through a virus scan as soon as im done downloading.
