.ISZ can be opened or converted by "ULTRA ISO" or Winmount:

One word of warning about the torrent Photography Toolkit 2007!!! 
AVG says there's multiple TROJANS in Photography ToolKit 2007 in the plug-in folder!!! 
The uploader is advised to check the contents before uploading his stuff!!!
