I cant play it without the warcraft disk. I install the game and goto play and it asks me to insert the warcraft III disk. am i doing something wrong?

I downloaded this game,
Heres the steps to get this game playing:
Download PowerIso , poweriso is a mounting virtual cd program.
Mount the image file with powerIso
Generate CDKey with cdkey generator included in the image file.
Install Warcraft 3
Apply a warcraft 3 no cd patch
Start playing
(u cannot play on battlenet, YOU will need a orginal warcraft 3 CDKEY to play on battlenet)

Hey, im new to this and im getting problems i put in the crack but im getting this everytime i clik on the icon..

Arsenal_11 your problem may be when you click on the shortcut it cant find the path to the exe file.. im not to sure though.

WOW!!!!!!!! this is the best torrent ever!!!
100% working no errors or anything.
all you need is MagicDisc (google it)and download and install it,
mount the file and install and generate the cd key,
then go to http://www.gameburnworld.com/gp/gamefixes/warcraft3reignofchaos.shtml
and apply a no CD patch after installation.

i lost my reign of chaos cd but have my frozen throne one
and by using the files u gave i got it back.
there is a keygen file but i didnt have to use it.
it works, scanned everything with NAV2008 and nothing wrong.
thanks to the uploader and seeders...will seed.

Hey every1 this game never actually worked for me from November. so i had to get my windows rebooted because some file was missing in system32 sometime in January. This is what i did and it worked and finished the game just 2 days ago.
1. Download Power ISO 3.8 and find the serial for it.
2. In C
rogram Files make a new folder and call it 'Warcraft III'. Then burn the warcraft file u downloaded using nero on a DVD.
3. After it burns put the DVD back in and install the game.
4. Then use the serial from the word document or the notepad folder
5. After install the game. When installed, copy and paste the war3.exe and worldedit.exe from the crack folder into the Warcraft III folder in program files then when asked to overwrite the files click yes to all.
6. Then run the game from the folder.. ENJOY!!!

Ok am installing just now but one thing. I followed M-O's walkthrough (thank you BTW)But the only thing that i couldnt get to work was the keygen so I ended up searching the internet for a keygen
But also he file warcraft3keygem.exe is coming up with this on my AVG >> Trogan horse Backdoor.Hupigon4.ALCB But for some reason I cant remove it because its on 'an optical' drive, is this anyting to worry about

I've done all you said: mounted the image, serial, installed, overwrite the files. But then when i ran the game, a message came up with a DirectX problem.
What's strange is that my directx is allright.

i downloaded it, tried to burn it..... it says i need a disk with more space... the only audio i can find is 700 mb.... so i put in a dvd-r... it burned it... but when i oppen the dosk folder, their is nothing..

Need help!!!!!!!!,
I have never used a torrent untill now because now i really want to play this game as i have already bought it but i just can't find the disk and so on...
When i click download torrents, i save it in my program files, i then go to click on it and it asks me what program i want to open it up with??? what program, am i doing it wrong? is there any link to help me?

#44: Really anything will do. My old PC has 16Mb video card and a 900MHz processing speed and it runs on high with very minor lag. If you have a computer made in 2000 or later you should be able to run it on high.

It works fine for me.
I don't suggest Daemon Tools. If you want to look much less novice, I suggest getting Magic Iso if you download Iso files a lot.
Battle Net has a special system where it can detect if you are using a Key Gen or not, Key gens do not produce original keys but different special ones designed for getting past installation which can only allow you to play Single Player. 
I myself lost all my CDs and I never put it on my new comp but my CD key is:
JKF78D - EPKM - ED7RW8 - BJNY - YMPJ6T 
If you use this key instead of loading the Key gen in the torrent you should be granted access to Battle Net.
You could also look for another original on serial***.com/all/ if mine won't work.
I don't know if Blizzard was smart enough to only allow an original to be used once
