Audio downloaded out of sync with video... Quite out... Any clueswhy? I would suggest finding another copy.

File is perfect as expected from EZTV - if out of sync suggest update your codecs or re-assign directshow codecs to the correct one.

Try using VLC to run your downloaded file. While it's running, use [Ctrl] button with either the K or L button to delay or hasten the video. This will help you sync up the audio/video if you indeed need it using VLC.
