Again, the same problem as Bob and Doolz above. Anybody have any idea what Bob 'figured out'?
As to what I've tried: Reading through the Adobe ReadMe file it mentions:
Note: In order to install additional components or reinstall your software after your original installation, you will need access to the original installer (CD, DVD or the download from the web). Before you begin additional installations or reinstallations, please make sure the installer is in the same drive or location it was during the original installation.
Thinking this may be thinking this is a reinstall, I tried mounting the ISO different drive letters, covering everything between D: and M:, but no luck.

So, after dragging into a new folder, using win rar... I still cant get it to find the disk. what am I missing? I have the iso burned onto DVD, a copy on the hard drive... argh. any help would be appreciated.

I got a "license key expired" error message after I put the serial number in. Was I supposed to select "Activate by internet"?

download the tool and follow the instructions, pretty easy.

Was that directed to me Heinohuman? lol. I already got the program to install and restarted my computer, but when I went to start the program it asked for a license key, then asked if I wanted to activate by internet, as soon as I selected 'activate later' it gave me an error message saying 'license key expired'

No Michazol, was not directed to you.
1. open the drive you mounted
2. drag the folders inside to your desktop
3. create new folder on root of c drive and call it whatever....
4. dbl click the install button on desktop and install in new folder (step 3)
5. open design premium cs3
6. open adobe cs3
7. click on setup(install)
8. open web premium
9. repeat step 5 & 6
make sure you save all files in new folder of step 3

So, I got it all installed, used the key gen and got a serial that works, clicked the register by phone, it gave me an activation code, but now it needs a authorization code.. where do I get one?

Before I have even managed to install i go to the keygen and my anti virus says BLOCKED TROJAN.
I'd say the keygen wih this or somewhere in the prgram there is a VIRUS

A lot of Adobe products seem to resist installation by requesting an install disc. This problem applies even to the Adobe trials. The way I have overcome this limitation is to copy all the files that would have been on the original install CD into a new folder or directory located on the root of C:.
This works.

Please help, i cant seem to install it at all. the instructions that have been listed above dont seem to help. anybody help me install? i have mounted the the iso onto a disk but i cant install it? it says it cannot find the disk? please help

I found out how to fix this problem. Basically the issue revolves around a old installation of a adobe product and the files and installer doesnt remove itself properly. Adobe released a fix called "CS3 Clean Up Script" located here http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cs3clean.html
You will also need the windows installer cleanup utility located here http://support.microsoft.com/kb/290301. Run the adobe cs3 cleanup script after you install the ms utility and it will remove all traces of Adobe Cs3 products on your computer. Make sure you backup your files if necessary because it will wipe out all the installed adobe software on your system.

I'm unable to get the product to register (activate) even tried the key gen with it still nothing. Does anyone else any good ideas or know how to fix this issue.

for authorization key issues:
run any cs3 program and get to the window that asks for the authorization key. run the included keygen, and paste the displayed 'activation key' from the authorization window into the text box in the keygen under the 'generate' button. click the 'activate' button and there is your auth. key. if it says 'product expired' set your computers clock back to 2005 or 2006 and rerun the program, it should work then.

and 2nd here is how to do to activate adobe
* open adobe (like illustrator)
* open keygen and generate serial number
* add it on adobe (the activation doesn't ok BUT ...)
* try to activate by phone (don't phone but open layout)
* it give you information about activation and another number
* add it on keygen (in the blank)
* and clic 'activate'
* keygen gives to you another number (write it on adobe and the lets go ...

Here is an easier way... U*** what a headspin before finding this out.
I was unable to find any key or generator within this torrent so:
1 - First as mentioned, copy files to desktop (after iso burn).
2 - CHANGE YOUR PC TO ANY DATE IN 2006 or 1 sep 2007
3 - Downloaded this generator http://thepiratebay.org/torrent/4589463/Adobe_CS3_Keygen . No virus and works great. Use one of the keys given in this torrent, or above key works too. This key will generate a local activation code, or Request Code. Run the Generator and enter this 7 fields activation code, it will generate the activation number, enter it in the field needed. I Only Installed DM, but it works great. Good luck!

Each product can then be activated again via the Help | Activate menu by re-entering the serial number again.
