Yeah, what the heck?! It says there are 117 seeders yet here we are stuck at 68.5%.

Ok, so two (2) days later, there is 124 seeds out there, my ratio for this file is .711 and I'm still stuck at 68.5%. Is there a reason that I'm not aware of??? Does anyone know what causes this??? Any help is appreciated.
