The second Bleach movie will air in December and is called The Diamond Dust Rebellion (you can check the anidb description: http://anidb.net/perl-bin/animedb.pl?show=anime&aid=5352)
Portezbie, the movie's story happens right after the Soul Society arc, when Ichigo returns to the real world.

This is technicly the 2nd movie, but no one remembers The Sealed Sword Frenzy, the short 30 minute movie OVA

As it was shown in Japanese cinemas and not aired on TV they have to wait for a DVD release or someone to get their hands on a screener for a good quality copy of the movie hence the delay. There was a version released a while back that was done with a cam but the quality sucked. hope this answers ur questions 
The OVA isn't a movie, it's an OVA, is why this is the first.

I'm not going to spoil anything about the movie...
But what I CAN say about the movie...I liked it! It left me with a somewhat sad feeling, but I was surprisingly able to derive some themes from it. Humanity...what it means to be a human. The very ending kind of just leaves you thinking with a smile.

The 2nd movie was released in Japanese movie theaters today. So its going to be a while until a proper cam comes out and its going to be even longer til someone subs it. I'm guessing [DB] wont release the second movie until spring or perhaps summer.
