Is this the pre air first in the series or is it the previously released pilot?

Is is the pilot ep shown of 26 September, so the other pilot must have be a pre air version.

had audio sync problems (275ms lag) about halfway through

this didnt work for me, the tracker timed out everytime and I could not connect to anybody. episode two downloaded instead while I wasnt looking at 250kbps, but this one did not work at all. 
I appear to be the only person with this problem though, so give it a go. just thought Id express my dismay.
