Would have preferred an original ISO, but it works ok as is.
For those with Vista, it will bomb every time (as you figured out). To make it run under Vista, there's a few things you need to do.
First, force the game to run in XP compatibility mode. Then, in the program's configuration editor, you need to tell it to *not* use the primary sound driver. Should see an option for your speakers; pick that. You also need to disable music. (Audio itself is ok, just the music needs to be turned off)
Runs ok on Vista after that.

I haven’t had any luck running this game yet 
(and no I’m not using vista) I am probably missing something obvious but I’m not sure what to do. Has awope included an install document that I’m missing? Can anyone point me in the right direction on installing/running the game? Thanks.

Funcionou certinho, (1) - extrair o arquivo monopoly tycoon para uma pasta qualquer; (2) - Entrar na pasta mnta e clicar 2 vezes em RegSetup.exe (3) - entrar na pasta Monopoly Crack File e extrair o arquivo Monopoly Tycoon NoCD.rar para a pasta que vc extraiu o jogo, clicando em sim para substituir o arquivo mc.exe (4) Clicar 2 vezes em mc.exe para começar o jogo. Espero que isso tenha ajudado os brazucas que se perdem com a lingua inglesa

game works fine on xp for me.
when downloaded open the rar file or extract to user defined location.
then open the mnta folder and use the mc.exe file within this folder or create a shortcut.
its not rocket science guys

OH AND YOU DONT HAVE TO DISABLE ANY OPTIONS FOR THIS TO WORK ON XP I HAVE PLAYED IT FOR 3 HOURS NOW WHILE SEEDING AND I HAVE HAD NO HANG UPS WITH IT.

There's no manual guide (but that's not the important part), can you upload patch 1.3 or 1.4?

hi i have downloaded the game and it runs great 
except that i only have campain mission 
and i really what some free play 
i read some where that patch v 1.4 would fix it
but all of them i downloaded are not workin

and if u look at the status of the download
