Mine does, too. It may have to do with the language settings, because my install cues aren't translating into japanese characters...

ok guyysss i hope this works!! here is the how to do it work!
First, you have to do this: Completly UNINSTALL the game (and delete the GAME folder too). After that, go to "Control Panel" and ''Regional and Language Options''.
In the LAST (Administrative or something like that) tab, click in the first switch. If your system ask you something, say 'Yes' and then chose 'Japanese (Japan)' from the list. After that, you'll need restart you PC.
Ok. Now you can install ANY japanese game without problems! (but if the game isn't Vista compatible, it's impossible at the moment).
Now, install your game and it should work fine. =)

Ok if your game freeze after asking for new game:
change the langage of non-unicode programs to japaneese
it works after that..

The game freezes after any dialog box opens...anybody with the same problem?
