Have you found anything in the option menu that says you can? No? That means you can't ! (hard to understand isn't it? )
You have to set your PS2 language to english and then the game will be in english.

Do we have to patch this? I know we don't have to when it's a .iso file but I don't know when it's .rar file... So do we have to patch it or only burn it on a DVD and launch it with Swap Magic or whatever?

I've burn with Alcohol and Nero and still doesn't work.
I have Swap Magic 3.6 and say "Not valid PS2 disk"

At first You have to extract it with winRAR.
And than you can burn the ISO with Nero or Alcohol.
And I also have Swap Magic and it works great.

1. Works on 100% if you burn it on 4x if burnt on higher speed there is no insurance.
2. It is multi !
3.Its pal version so that is reason for many of u gettin colorless game.

if u guys have are using swap magic disk to get the game running u know where it says video mode u change it to NTCS then the game will work in colors sorry i dint now this one of my friends just told me it
P.S: if u have a mod chip to get the game running and dont have a pal ps2 then the game will be in black and white.

What is the uncompressed iso file size?
I need to transfer it onto a Fat32 disk before i can burn it and it has trouble with files bigger then 4gbs.

It works on pcsx2, works great... but I dont know how to change the language to english. PCSX2 doesnt have a language option, just bios.
