Hey I don't know why this one isn't getting seeded. It looks like a seeder came back online, so eventually it should download. Eztv is hosting this episode as well and they are not having any problem. The site is eztv.nl. This isn't spam. Just I tried to get the episode here, but only like 50 percent of the episode was available. So that's an option for everyone.

Skips every 20 secs like it's not 100% downloaded, even when playing off of Xbox which solved the problem last time. Made sure it was 100% before playing, so I don't know what the problem is.
