This is just too cool. I found this randomly on the web. It's like a parody of the X Windows System's "xeyes", a very simple thing that's like two eyes that follows your cursor etc. There are other variants, like Geyes for Gnome on Linux (I love that one) and even Watcher for the classic Mac OS.
Well now... it's on Windows! Just torrent this exe and run it. So cool. =P
