Marcus Damon und das Digimon Agumon sind gute Freunde geworden. Als ein bses Kokatorimon in der Stadt auftaucht, knnen Marcus und Agumon es wieder vertreiben. Daraufhin werden sie von Yoshi, einer Mitarbeiterin von DATS (Digitale- Abwehr-Taktik-Sondereinheit) und Commander Sampson eingeladen, bei der Abwehr von Digimon in der realen Welt mitzuhelfen. Als schlie▀lich noch Thomas H. Norstein mit seinem Digimon Gaomon auftaucht, ist die Truppe der DATS komplett auch wenn Marcus und Agumon alles andere als erfreut darber sind.
