This is followed by "Onward" and the haunting melodies and head-nodding beats of "Mysterious Candles". Mr Truffle takes over and walks us through a dark winter night with the ambient sounds of "Yediir", eventually erupting loudly in "Melt". Ashrilyn continues with the drumless yet driving beat of "Gray Song", with synths like snowflakes falling and ice scraping under your feet. Finally, Adhesion brings the day to a close with the gentle tapping and warm piano melodies of "Silver Sun", the perfect song for drinking hot chocolate to, and the relaxed ambient sounds of "Sleep Eels". We're told if you play this song backwards, it sounds just as soothing.
This album was originally released on October 26, 2007, a little early, but it remains appropriate for the season (at least in the northern hemisphere).
