Description:

MOTD: special mid-week edition. 30th Jan 2008.

Gary Lineker presents highlights and goals from Wednesday's Premier League fixtures in a special mid-week edition of Match of the Day.

Defending champions Manchester United face a tricky task against Portsmouth, who have surprised plenty of sides on their travels already this season.
However, Pompey have not won at Old Trafford for 50 years, losing every single league match since.
At Goodison Park, Tottenham will be looking to avenge their 3-1 defeat to Everton in August.
Last year's runners-up Chelsea host Reading at Stamford Bridge, Derby host Manchester City and West Ham are at home to Liverpool.
Wednesday's programme will also feature all the goals from Tuesday's four Premier League fixtures.
