Project Tempest v0.95
Project Tempest allows users to play commercial Jaguar games on their computer, unlike another Jaguar emulator which were really only able to emulate simple freeware games.
Its release came out of nowhere and it was a pleasant surprise to see somebody work on that excellent system.
System Requirements

1GHz+ processor
128MB RAM
DirectX 9.0 or higher
Windows 9x/ME/2000/XP (only tested on XP)
A faster processor is seriously recommended !
For sound emulation, you probably need a 2+ GHz processor.
