1- Extract all the files.
2- Execute the installer called "RocketDock v1.3.1 -BDTech -".
3- Copy the folder called "Vista-black-top" to "C:\Program Files\RocketDock\Skins". (or whatever location you installed the program to)
4- Start RocketDock, right click somewhere on the bar and go to "Dock settings..."
5- Go to the tab "Style" and from the theme drop down menu, choose "vista-black-top".
6- This is just a suggestion, but you should then go the "Behavior" tab and enable the AutoHide so RocketDock is not always in the way.
7- Now let's install the vista icons. Copy the vista icons (not the folders) located in the folder called "Vista Icons" from this pack to "C:\Program Files\RocketDock\Icons". Overwrite. (or whatever location you installed the program to)
8- Close RocketDock and restart to apply icons change.
