Antes de Mais nada, baixe os 3 arquivos. Após baixados, cada um terá sua pasta ( óbvio ). Em cada pasta terá um *.inf. Instale com o botão direito. 1º instale o USd em seguida o Captcha. Ambos estarão instalados na pasta Arquivos de Programas. No menu iniciar, será criado uma pasta com nome Utilities, com 2 icones. Um do USD e outro para atualizar o Captcha. Não sei informar sobre o Modem Reconect. Recomendo Configurar o USD e depois atualizá-lo. Feito Isso, atualize o Captcha. Começe a Baixar!

1- Extract the files from the *.rar archive
2- Right click on the *.inf
3- Choose Install from the context menu
4- Pay attention to the message boxes
5- Enjoy
Note: Be sure to choose either Cap OCR System or AntiCaptcha, you do not need both
