Project rules:
In this record the main rule was doing a group of 1 to 5 tracks, ranging from 30 to 60 seconds. Every band could do a concept or a series of random tracks, the only limit was timings.
Title and project came from Residents' commercial album, hence the title as we don't sell our records: it's a non-Commercial stuff.
