LOVE IS FOR DEMOCRATS - On the eve of the Republican nomination for the Presidency of the United States, a candidate gets an unlikely visit from a stripper. The usually uptight and straight-laced Republican Party nominates Captain Christina Murray as the Republican Candidate for the President of the United States. It is a little known secret that Mrs. Murray has a penchant for wild parties and hot strippers. But when one of her g-string wearing stripper flings pays a visit during the Republican National Convention Ms. Murray is ready to throw away the presidency and her marriage to have the one man who "makes her horny."
This film was made for the 2006 Los Angeles 48-Hour Film Project. It was written, cast, directed, produced, edited and scored in just 48 hours. Later the short7-minute film was selected to air on the INDEPENDENT FILM CHANNEL IFC-TV.
