Disable USB in ActiveSync.Put iPAq in flash mode: for H38xx,
press button2+button4+power+reset until you get "Remote USB
Update" message displayed on the screen Connect the iPAq to
desktop via USB cradle Start host11.exe.After flashing process
perform hardreset,press Button1+Button4,Power and reset Button
