Firstly,
copy-paste/move your language files (not the whole folder,only files) into Portable Nero\'s \"App\" folder.
Secondly,
open Nero Disc Speed, choose File > Options and change the lang.
You can use Nero Disc Speed from any folder in your system; it doesn\'t matter.
Alternatively, you can change the lang by editing \"CHANGELANG.reg\" file too.
Right Click on this file, choose \"Edit\" and change it\'s language as explained in that file. Then, run it by double clicking.
