Description:
Ok first of all...
Mass Effect on the PC does NOT support 360 pads
Second...
This does Not mean the sticks can't be enabled
So I sold my 360 version of Mass Effect and downloaded it for the PC. All was good until I realised it had no pad support. This annoyed the shit out of me.
So for all you gamers whos weapon of choice is a pad rather than k&m...
My Mass Effect 360 Pad Solution...
1. Copy the 3 supplied files into My Documents\BioWare\Mass Effect\Config
2. Run xpadder and set up the buttons to you're pleasing
3. Enable mouse mapping to the right stick (crosshair when aiming acts strange if you don't)
4. Run game (ignore/cancel "Your game has been compromised" messege)
Now you can move Shepard with the Left stick in full analogue sitting on the sofa infront of youre LCD/Plasma.
BioWare should have given us the choice. Its obvious they disabled this on purpose or took a short cut when it came to mapping the new control system.
