EDIT: Okay, I might've been a bit unclear... so says my friend. Anyways, when this is finished downloading, unRAR the RAR archive Dragon Warrior VII. You should see 2 RAR files, labeled Dragon Warrior VII Disc 1 of 2 and Dragon Warrior VII Disc 2 of 2. Extract the disc you currently need to use, and you have your ISO. Then just use EPSXE's Run ISO command, and navigate to the Dragon Warrior VII ISO.
