It is the early 21st century and huge monsters terrorise Tokyo every Monday. However, Tokyoites are unafraid due to the presence of UFO Man, who appears to do battle against the monsters without fail. In fact, the fights are treated like a spectator sport.
One spring afternoon, three schoolgirls, Koharuno Shiraginu, Ohtori Vivian, and Moroboshi Tsubomi, happen to be in the vicinity of a monster's appearance. UFO Man appears as usual, and accidentally steps on the three...
Although UFO Man is able to resurrect the trio, his powers are drained in the process and the girls, having been infused with his powers, must battle monsters in his stead as an Ultimate Girl. Unfortunately, they are only able to maintain the Ultimate Girl form for mere minutes. They must defeat their opponents before time runs out... and their clothes disappear completely...
