Description:
The US Army is under pressure from desperate relatives of white prisoners taken by Comanches to secure their rescue. A cynical and corrupt marshal, James Stewart, is persuaded by an army lieutenant, Richard Wedmark, to assist in the negotiations with the Comanches even though they hate each other.
