Description:
This is the new version 1.1.3 of Magic Engine with key file.
I included the cards for CD-ROM use.
Copy the contents of the sub folders to the main directory.
Requires no installation, just copy to a location and run pce.exe
Find game ROMs at these sites (copy them to a subfolder and name it ROMs):
