I love this series. The stretch program is something I couldn't live without and it's only 8 minutes. Thin Thighs and Great Buns are HIGHLY effective workouts and I found the Great Arms and Great Abs to be okay. I highly recommend this to anyone and if you are familiar with Beachbody products you will LOVE this as well. Enjoy!
