A will make a new torrent for the release of "The plan" (the movie who will re-act the miniseries events from the point of view of the Cylons), i think. ;)
btw, the .tbz file can be opened/extracted with any winrar-like/7zip/whatever archiver software as it is only a .tar.bzip2 file...
