Description
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Divine Sins is a young, onrushing Dutch metal band. They create their own sound
with a daring combination of various death metal styles. The band formed late
2007, and since then they have abused the rehearsal room nonstop to write a
truckload of tracks. In January 2008 they locked themselves in the studio to
record "Shatter the storm" and "My medusa". Thanks to these first recordings
they were able to book a lot of shows and gain a lot of live experience in an
early stage.
After a short summer break, in which the band focused fully on writing new
material, they locked themselves in the studio once more to record their first
EP. During and after the recording process they played a lot of shows. They
also signed up for the Dutch band competition "NHpopLive" and won!
They released the result of their studio effort in February 2009 with their own
resources. Their first EP "And the rest is silence..." was greatly appreciated,
and with a lot of shows to look forward to, things are better than ever. On
stage, Divine Sins show that they're all about energy and interaction with
the crowd.
