At timestamp 35:00 and on, Phelps states:
The shot from the grassy knolls was a distraction. Zapruder is a 32nd degree freemason and a contract agent for the CIA to film Kennedy's shooting. Zapruder's secretary stood behind him steadying his arm while he was filming Kennedy's execution.
Phelps claims that the killshot was a simultaneous shot from a drain on the streets and from the driver William Greer constistent with the late claim of Bill Cooper. The Zapruder film was tampered with to obfuscate visual evidence of Greer's handgun that could be seen on the original Zapruder footage. The zapruder film was purchased by Knight of Malta Henry Luce of Time Life Magazine who ordered the doctoring of the footage. Oliver Stone is a Temporal Coadjutor who left out the driver (Greer) during the killshot of Kennedy in his movie JFK.
