--quality 7 (also known as Insane)
The torrent includes the neccessary plugin for Winamp.
All you have to do is put the plugin inside the plugins folder.
Make sure you NEVER have the equalizer on when playing MPC!!
It will mess up the sound, so make sure it's OFF!!
