This is the 282 folder for devhook 0.5, all you have to do is throw this in the dh folder on your memory stick once you install devhook 0.5 and you have 2.82 emulated :), it took me about an hour to do all the extractions so I figured I'd save people work.
I didn't include devhook with this as theres fake eboots running around that brick your psp, since theres no executable files in this you can feel safe that this wont do any harm
