RESOLUTION
Resolved, that George Walker Bush, President of the United States,
is impeached for high crimes and misdemeanors, and that
the following Articles of Impeachment be exhibited to the
United States Senate:
Articles of Impeachment exhibited by the House of
Representatives of the United States of America in the
name of itself and of all the people of the United States of
America, against George Walker Bush, President of the
United States of America, and other officials, in
maintenance and support of its impeachment against him
for high crimes and misdemeanors.

1 Be it resolved by the House of Representatives of
2 the United States of America in Congress assembled that:
3 ARTICLE I. FAILURE TO PRESERVE, PROTECT
4 AND DEFEND THE CONSTITUTION
5 In violation of the oath of office, which reads: ?I do
6 solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the
7 Office of President of the United States, and will to the best
8 of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution
9 of the United States,? George Walker Bush, in his conduct
