After Serving 16 years as the director of IAEA of the United Nations, Dr. Hans Blix was asked to head the team to do weapons of mass destruction inspection in Iraq before the war led by the US in the country. He became one of the most controversial figures on the international stage. Now, he is retired from the UN, but he still remains an active player and advocates weapons disarmament.
